"I believe that we all go through hardships in life, no matter how "blessed" one person appears. Even though there were many amazing people in my path, I still struggled with the mental game. We were fortunate to have Karl Keuhl as our mentor for 3 years studying his book “Mental Toughness” and I was fortunate enough to be in a video talking about ‘Fear of Failure’. The mind is my favorite part of the game, because it was my biggest obstacle. Through the years going to therapy, taking classes in Mindfulness, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, Sound Therapy, etc. I know this is my calling and greatest asset in helping others to achieve their greatness.
