Private Pitching Instruction

PRIVATE LESSONS:

60 mins / $65

*After the first session if you chose to continue lessons you will be billed the following week for 4-Sessions. You will receive an email from me 24 hours prior to our 2nd lesson with the 4-Sessions Payment.

Group : 5-10 students

GUIDELINES:

  1. Arrive 15-30 mins early to warm-up with turfs on and all necessary equipment.

  2. Bring your own catcher or let coach know ahead of time if you need a net (I do not catch unless throwing long toss or K’s)

  3. Bring water

  4. Bring sneakers or turfs and your cleats

  5. Please eat a small meal 30-60 minutes before the lesson & make sure to hydrate during the day.

  6. Be sure to ice after the lesson for at least 20-30 mins- we can go over proper arm care as well.

  7. Please eat a snack or meal after the lesson no more than an hour to refuel your carbohydrate and amino acid loss. Electrolyte drinks and Glutamine Powder are great for restoration.

  8. Parents during our lesson I ask you refrain from coaching your kids during our session. It’s hard, but I believe you can do it- after all you are spending your money for me to coach.

  9. Please bring a I CAN attitude and work ethic, if you have any injuries please let me know prior to the lesson.

  10. Cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to the lesson and it is up to Coach’s digression if your lesson will be re-scheduled. You will not receive a refund on cancellations.

  11. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your lesson time.
