The Best is Yet to Come!
Nothing better than a taste of motivation, even if it's just a tid bit. Today is day 3 of my personal challenge, and so far I've been satiated, energetic, and feeling good. Which affirms that dieting is not the way to go. I wanted to share some tips that are helping, and my pump up the jam playlist.
Daily Dose:
1. Eating 6 Meals & Meal Planning: Helps jumpstart your metabolism and keeps your caloric intake the same.
2. Motivation: Posting quotes, listening to music, & counting my blessings rather than my faults
3. Keeping Busy: Staying on task is huge for me and keeps me focused so I'm not allowing my brain to think about sweets.
4. Setting Timers: Regimented sleep & keeping timers for water breaks & meals.
5. WATER WATER WATER: Hydration is crucial!
